A property consultant assists Owners in effectively managing income property. In San Francisco, with older buildings and a history of pro-tenant regulation, this requires a strategic finesse far beyond a simple "cash in - cash out" approach. |
Property Administration
Administration should not be confused with management, although the efficient and
conscientious management of income property is a desired
consequence. We are not a
property management firm, although our advice and recommendations come
from years of experience managing apartment
buildings, garden
communities, and home owner's associations.
These services are designed for the Owner who may not be trained as a property manager, but wishes to supervise and care for their property in an informed and responsible manner. Property Specialists can assist a little, or a lot, depending on your particular circumstances, and your level of knowledge.
